I've never done Pilates. Where do I start?
All Levels on the reformer, or Cadillac Essentials in the second room. Instructors set you up. Nobody expects you to know the vocabulary on day one.
What is red light recovery?
Fifteen private minutes between full-body panels of red and near-infrared light, with a facial mask and a door that closes. Book it before class, after, or on its own.
Is Little VIP included?
Yes. Every membership includes staffed child watch during your session: up to 90 minutes with class and recovery together, 60 for one or the other. Reserve a spot when you book.
How does a founding membership work?
Reserve today for $1. On December 15, 2026 the card is charged the founding rate, locked for as long as you stay. Three months from opening day, then month to month. Cancel any time before December 15 and nothing more is charged. Fifty spots.
